YASMINE Al KOUATLI
Yasmine Al Kouatli is an interior and furniture designer creating multi-dimensional, experiential residential, commercial, and bespoke furniture environments.
Born and raised in Paris with deep roots in Damascus, she combines a Western design education with the rich heritage of the Middle East to develop spaces that are both innovative and thoughtfully grounded.
Her diverse background—shaped by studies at Parsons, Central St Martins, and IE School of Architecture, along with hands-on experience at prominent Parisian design firms—culminates in a body of work that spans freelance projects and collaborative roles, including her current position as a furniture design assistant at Kouros Maghsoudi.
A balanced sensory experience lies at the heart of Yasmine’s design approach. Through a deliberate exploration of materiality, color, form, and spatial dynamics, she harmonizes contemporary insights with traditional influences to craft environments that are as functional as they are inviting.
Committed to honoring cultural narratives and contextual significance, Yasmine’s work invites each space to share its unique story while gently challenging conventional design boundaries.
